Invest Where It Matters

One of the biggest tips I can give to someone who is looking to sell their home, is to look at their home through a buyers eyes.

Behave like you are at your first open home walking around and make a note of anything you see that could affect the price, not just at eye level, up and down. Count the blemishes on the doors, little dents down corridors, or where your teenager had put a small hole in the wall when they were on their VR ( maybe this one is just at my house).

The faded paint that has exposed the wood. The marks on the walls that could be scrubbed off. The little things.

Invest where it matters.
