Marketing - There is truth to the old adage that you cannot sell a secret. when selling your home that saying is unbelievably accurate.


Now you don't need a loud hailer to shout from the rooftops, but you need a strategic marketing plan to get you in front of as many buyers as possible.


Trade Me conducted a study a few years ago that the average spend on marketing was around $7,000, this included print media which is being used less and less.


been More recently, the costs have reduced with print media not commonly used. I would say that people should spend about $2,500- $3,000 with packages that include listings on TradeMe ( Platinum package), Real Estate.co, Oneroof, and Homes.co.


Talk to me about the best packages to use and the reasons for using them, not shotgun marketing but AIM ( Advanced Internet Marketing) to target your buyers.
